? Customer liaison for Regional Network outage, Troubleshooting and solving
? Cisco VoIP, troubleshooting, ongoing maintenance and management.
? Cisco Wireless configuration , implementation, ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting
? Manage Wan link such as Fibre, Dark Fibre, Frame relay, ISDN, ADSL,BDSL,EFM and Ethernet services.

? Work with Datacenter staff in configuring switch ports and troubleshooting network connectivity in Servicefirst Datacenter.
? Configure, implement new offices by mounting switches, routers, patching workstations and cut over new wan links in the metro area.
