? Looking after Customer handling and In process quality of INLET-OUTLET CONNECTING TUBES, SHAFTS, WATER CAP INLET-OUTLET,NUTS AND BOLTS etc.
? Experience of problem handling from Customers like ,HONDA,MAHINDRA & MAHINDRA,SUBROSE,AMBER.
? Sound knowledge of Instruments like ,UTM,PROFILE PROJECTOR,ROCKWELL & BRINELL HARDNESS TESTER,
? Very well known with the calibration process of gauges.
? To carry out PROCESS AND PRODUCT AUDIT,PATROL HOURLY INSPECTION,preparing 8D reports for complaints.
? To perform REJECTION & REWORK ANNALYSIS,COST OF BAD QUALITY and COST OF QUALITY.
? To maintain 5S' and implement KAIZENS.
? Monthly LAYOUT INSPECTION and TESTING of products.
? To perform audit as per control plan.
