? Develop of a detailed project execution and management plans
? Project scheduling and planning activities, aiming at completion of a work scope within the assigned duration and budget.
? Preparation of work break-down structure for schedule progress reporting/tracking.
? Monitor, track and control project activities Onshore and Offshore and evaluate work progress in line with the schedule, and advise on any slippage/suggesting recovery measures.
? Review of project baseline
? Formulate and develop progress measurement systems, which includes histograms and S-curves
? Responsible for performance measurement which includes finding variances between planned and actual work
? Evaluates allocation of resources and provide recommendations to maintain required progress.
? Provide timely support and advise to site installation crew, so as to ensure compliance with installation plans, procedures and methodology.
? Track and monitor design changes on projects and provide necessary information to support claims and change order requests.
? Review of emergency response plan and SHE Procedures
? Progress reporting activities
? Interacting with team leads on a day to day activities, and providing information for a look ahead schedule
? Assists in preparing close out reports and documentations on completed projects.
? Performs other related duties as required.
