Responsible for ± 92 accounts with a book value of ± R8,500000.00, balancing recons back to supplier statements, general invoice and credit note resolutions, requesting necessary documents from suppliers, follow up on queries, capturing of invoices and credit notes, loading processing monthly payments (EFT-FNB)as well as cashbook payments (weekly), printing of reports. Buying of stationery.
Accomplishments:
Within this position I have achieved the ability to be stress tolerant, to be able to
work under high volumes of pressure, to be analytical, accurate and to pay strong attention to detail. I have developed good people skills through communication with customers, suppliers and staff and have achieved to be professional, diplomatic and tactful towards my responsibilities.
