I was responsible for physical filing and electronic filing on the data base (BMC remedy), did monthly reports to management, liaising with client departments on behalf of the managers, liaising with other clients via emails, telephone calls, written letters and post them. Collection of post, and distribution of stationery, setting meetings up on requests, preparing for meetings and taking minutes in the meetings. And did general administration/secretarial activities such as managing the managers diarys and typing their correspondence.
