I'm responsible to perform the below mentioned duties, for all the accounts mentioned above:
. Fulfilling and creating requisitions
. Issuing/ receiving replenishment stock from different branches.
. Making sure that stock is counted frequently and bi-monthly stock takes are done.
. Arrange special pick-ups with Nucleus Supply Chain Customer Service Agents for all URGENT parts.
. Escalate directly to Nucleus Supply Chain Customer Service Agents for all late deliveries
. Provide with Filling.
. Provide with copies of waybills for all parts shipped to remote technicians and braches.
. Shipping all faulty parts to local or external rework centers.
. Request Proof of delivery to Nucleus Customer Service Agents
