I held a position as team leader/ Call center agent and my duties were to oversee my team and supervise them with respect to the program in question. Mostly i was expected to upholding company rules and regulation, keeping timelines and drawing progress/ performance reports for each team member , conducting morning briefings with my group and that included pin-pointing their weaknesses and mistakes and trying to find ways in which all these can be overcame without causing any friction and agitation within my group.
