I demonstrates strong business acumen with a solid background in production and supervisory management of raw materials in a variety of environments (production plant; factory; warehouse) across various industries, primarily Food Production, Processing and Packaging. My areas of transferable knowledge include modern manufacturing techniques (20 Keys; 5S; TPM; OEE) as well as HACCP, safety & health, cost savings, product quality (ISO 9000; GMP), labour efficiency, timely delivery, stock take/inventory, staff development, continuous improvement, disciplinary action, data analysis (MRP/ERP), internal audits, reporting, documentation and administration. I am confident in recommending appropriate actions to ensure optimal supply chain execution, and employs strong organisational and leadership skills to ensure compliance with all operational, quality and good manufacturing practices to facilitate successful achievement of overall business objectives.
