Holding a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the KAKATIYA UNIVERSITY, Warangal, Andhra Pradesh, India, I possess +16 years of work experience to back my qualifications.
My work experience with Gulf Aglow LED Lighting FZCO, JAFZA, Dubai as Manager QA /QC with ISO Internal Auditor , Health & Safety Officer and other organizations has enabled me to be a professional in the field of total Quality, Process Control as per quality management system of ISO 9001:2008 standard, Vendor Development, Operation wise procedure development & Process Enhancements and Team Management and Engineering. Presently, I have been handling the following key responsibilities:
? Gained knowledge in Production Process Monitoring & Control, Inventory Planning, Lean Management System, 5?s, and Kaizen.
? Hands-on experience in preparing various quality related documentations like statistical measurements targets and prepare the analysis.
? Expertise in quality audits & with safety survey, inspections, tours and monitors the Health surveillance to improve the health & safety culture in the organization.
? Expertise in identifying prospects, analyzing their requirements and rendering guidance to vendors.
? Dealt with customer complaints by analyzing the root cause and taking corrective action plans to resolve the issue and satisfy the customer.
? Taking stringent quality measures including preparation / maintenance of necessary documents to ensure compliance with IS0-9001 standards & customer requirements.
? Carrying the internal audits periodically and before surveillance audit to assess the status of deployment of systems in alive and taking corrective measures for achieving organisational objectives.
? Evaluating the vendor performance in terms of quality, delivery and service and seeking corrective measures in improving the quality of raw materials.
? Conducting regular inspection and tests to ensure the performance capacity of various machines and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
