Deep experience in procurement at Non-Governmental Organization and other international organization. He started his career as a trainer when he was working at The Deutsche GIZ GmbH., a German Government Agency in Indonesia as Contract and Procurement Professional. The trainees came from all GIZ projects at several cities in Indonesia and Timor Leste and focused on Renewable energy, Agriculture, Socio-Economics and Climate Change. Most recently he is become a trainer and mentor on Modernization Procurement Project in Indonesia and has been trained more than 500 public procurement staff from various institution such as Ministries, Provinces, University, Districts/Municipals with strategic participant and total hours of training is approaching to 700 hours. Conducted mentoring to several government institutions such as Ministry of Health, Ministry of Finance, District of Dharmasraya-West Sumatra, District of Solok-West Sumatra, District of Bone Bolango-Gorontalo, District of Mamuju-West Sulawesi and Province of Gorontalo to ensure the sustainability of public procurement knowledge.
