? Assist Project Manager in coordination of all drawing matters such Archi, Structure, M&E, Specialist and so on.
? Prepare shop drawing for submission
? Carry out site supervision and inspections of work relating to Structural, Architectural and to comply with standard & specification.
? Resolve site problems and technical issues and attending to all relevant meeting
? Reporting and monitoring project progress.
? Do reports regarding Weekly progress, Fortnightly progress & Monthly progress
? Checking and controlling materials lists and data for detail drawing.
? Coordinates with project teams and contractors to meet required dead line
? Liaise with Consultant and RE/RTO.
? Negotiating price / quotation with Sub-contractor
? Preparation for the schedule, Site expense, Checklist, emergency list and Safety procedure
? Leading a team of supervisors
? Coordinating with consultant, other discipline engineers/designers/project director in order to meet project schedules, cost and quality requirements
? Reporting to Project Manager on site matters and progress
