I was undergoes on-job training in oil plam plantation,Amgreen Gain Sdn Bhd. Located at Marudi Miri Sarawak. I need to manage and take care about 2000ha.I get involve in weeds management ,new planting,manuring and others. There I have learn how to manage people,give command,make jobs programme for them,salary and others. A little bit challenging ,because majority oil palm about 3 years planting.
