Carry out tasks and duties related to the support of Business activities in the UAE and the Gulf region including but not limited to:
o Meeting regularly with key staff from the Oil/Gas companies on ongoing and future tenders and projects, following up and reporting on progress.
o Gathering business intelligence on projects and future plans of companies in the energy sector in order to grow and develop future business prospects for Manaar Energy.
o Perform business development tasks and activities to market and grow Manaar Energy businesses in the UAE and the region.
o Ensure tenders are properly prepared and submitted on the due dates and in compliance with the tenderer?s requirements and stipulated timelines.
o Follow up with tenderers on progress of evaluation of submitted bids and seeks intelligence and feedback.
Ensure that Manaar Energy is registered with the relevant NOCs/IOCs companies and follow up on the registration process and provide necessary documents in compliance with the registration process for each of these companies.
Closely coordinate with Manaar staff and provide them with timely and adequate feedback on progress of relevant activities.
Perform other assigned duties as deemed necessary for the benefit of Manaar growth.
