I have experience in customer service and administration. While much of my experience has been in international hotel industry enable me to work with all type of people.
In 2015, i manage to set up a Cafe business (Coffee HuG Cafe) together with my another partner at my Hometown, Kedah, Malaysia.
In 2011, i completed my undergraduate degree (Strategic in Management and Hospitality) with a Upper Second Class with Honors, from University of Gloucestershire, Cheltenham, UK.
I have an excellent communication skill and aptitude for customer service. I believe that my communication skills, customer service abilities and positive work ethic would make me an asset to your company. I always like to challenge myself by learning new things.
