Team leading of 8 Shipping Clerks in charge of Customer care and Shipping to Honeywell?s Customers mainly in the US and other countries (Inbond Shipments), such as: Caterpillar, John Deere, International Truck, Kenworth, Audi, Ford, Detroit Diesel and intercompany shipments. Customer care and Shipments monitoring. Follow and close update of metrics such as: KPIs, OTTR, PPMs, Past Due & Delivery, Quality Service Level and Overtime. Keep continuous contact with Suppliers -Ground, Sea and Air Carriers- to solve issues regarding Pick Ups scheduling, ETAs and shipment details.
