My knowledge furthered and learnt how to installing, service and fault find of Alarm System and CCTV equipment such as Samsung, Readiview and HIK Vision systems according to Nedbank specifications. Installations included new Nedbank branches, ATM?s and Personal Loans. I became Senior technician in the East London Regional Office and my responsibilities include over seeing two technical teams, planning and doing appointments for the technical teams on site and meet the deadline also doing the sign off with the RSM (Regional Security Manager) of Nedbank.
