Planning and organising reservations, travel arrangements ? Manage the Director?s diary ? Day end and stock check reports ? Data capturing for stock take ? Filling and typing of all documents and statements ? Cash requisitions and pay accounts ? Organise collections and receive parcels ? Correspondence of mail, documents and e-mails on behalf of the Director ? Assist in GRV, process claims, invoices for creditors & suppliers, goods returns ? Assist in adverts and special posters
