1) Involved in various working environment in Mill such as maintenance department, Processing Department, Laboratory, POME, Shipping and despatch of Production.
? Organizing the preventive maintenance program for the maintenance team. It consisting of planning, recording running hours, and execution of when the maintenance scheduled.
? Organizing of the machinery history card. It consists of all the machinery in the mill, recorded in different card or log sheet. Machinery particular are recorded inside this card. The main purpose of this Machinery Card is to record all the detail of repair done, part replacement and major repair done. With this data recording, it will be easy to track down all the records.
? Monitoring on daily processing quality n quantity. This is to ensure all PK or CPO is within the quality control parameter through data keeping, analysis, and troubleshooting. Furthermore, the recent mill was awarded with the RSPO.
? Involved in the POME environment. Familiar with the pond flow and area. Involved in the commissioning a new polishing plant in the IJM mill, Pond desilting, and all other activities at the POME such as land irrigation n maintenance.
? Yearly involved in the Boiler maintenance n repair for the annual inspection, maintenance, data keeping and troubleshooting. Also familiar with the fire tube boiler type.
? Familiar with CEMS programme. Involved with the installation n commissioning of CEMS in previous mill n recent mill.
? Person in-charge for bulking installation for 3 units of genset. Responsible for maintenance programme and servicing of genset. Familiar with Power plant . ( CPO Despatch Via Barge)
? Involved in various machine commissioning in the previous mill and recent mill.
