Suspend members in order to ensure that members who are in arrears on the membership fees do not receive service paid by the fund using Medware system/MIP system
? Capture all electronic transfer using Business Integrator in order to ensure correct payment are made to members or providers account.
? Compile tax letters to members regarding all their contributions for a specified tax year using Medware system.MIP
? Compile /collate/maintain Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instruction and Process Map using own knowledge and experience/job description in order to formalize group function and to ensure standardized work method and quality standard
? To check and verify information transferred from Subs to Debtors using Medware and MIP in order to ensure correct amounts to be reimbursed to the member
? To approve leave on ESS
? To authorize the journals
? To do the quality checking on the transactions that has been made for payments that are balancing correctly
? Spot check and sign off the membership fee debit order run before it is sent to the Bank using report to ensure that correct contributions are deducted from the member?s bank account.
