Duties include:
Assist clients to resolve tax related queries such as to submit their Pay As You Earn (PAYE) Reconciliation on time and correctly, to avoid any potential penalties to SARS caused by tax calculation errors.
Assist clients to process their payroll according to the BCEA (Basic Conditions of Employment Act) and the Labour Relations Act.
Ensure that the correct tax is deducted from each employee per month.
Assist clients to ensure that there are no queries when having to pay over all the employees? salaries at the end of the month. If any query appears, I have to solve the query as soon as possible so that the employees get paid on time.
Provide on-site training for new clients that includes tax deduction, UIF, pension fund rules, leave, sick leave, skills development levy, etc. as well as retrenchment package calculations.

Complete reports for consultations that has been done
Upload reports onto the database
Organising paperwork of clients
