? Scheduling site activities using primavera.

Monitoring, controlling and managing all project activities including but not limited to Excavation, foundation & retaining walls construction , water proofing (foundation, wet areas, exposed areas like top roof & terraces), backfilling, steel / carpentry works & concrete pouring for substructure & super structure, staircase construction, block masonry works, electrical works, telephone works, drainage works, water supply works, civil defense works, plaster works, ceramics & marble works, painting works, elevator, False ceiling works, HVAC works, stone & GRC works, sanitary works, Joinery & ironmongery works, Aluminium & Glass works, interlocking works.
? Coordination and correspondence via official emails, letters & meetings with Authorities & project stakeholders including clients, consultant, Sub contractors, suppliers & project team.
? Preparation of monthly invoices, submission & approval from consultant and owner.
? Verification of suppliers and subcontractor?s invoices and follow for release of payment as per contract payment terms.
? Assisting Contracts Manager in Sending inquiries / invitation to subcontractor / supplier to quote their offer, evaluation of received quotations, Preparation of Quotations comparison sheet, negotiation with subcontractor & supplier, selection & approval, preparation & release of LPOs, processing proforma invoices, follow up for delivery and execution of works and releasing payment to supplier / subcontractor.
? Calculation and verification of project materials quantities.
? Controlling and supervising contractual documentation.
? Preparation of BOQ & bar bending schedules.
? Worked as a Material Engineer in laboratory.
? Preparation of project progress report.
? Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading technical publications.
