Product Developer for Contemporary department, Ladies Division. Development of Hot Spots items (high volume) and Collection items (one shot). In charge of high volume promotional items for hot spots. The most remarkable activities of this position include: management of hot spot items and ensure deliveries on time; recommendations to design team about the selection of items based on historic sales information, fashion trends forecasts and competitors analysis, assortment plan, price point decision, follow up of samples, labdips approvals, production orders launch and daily communication with vendors, and shipment dates to ensure merchandise arrive on time to stores as planned.

Responsible of Lingerie, Sleepwear, Swimwear and Beachwear for Women and Men. Main activities include: visit factories all over China to supervise Quality Control Inspections; allocation of production with different vendors according to know how, lead time and volume, price negotiation, daily communication with vendors, coordinate shipments from different ports to Spain in order to ensure the merchandise arrives to store in time, visit fashion fairs to find new materials, trends and vendors; visit trimmings and fabric markets and send samples and swatches to designers team to keep them informed about new prints and colours in different compositions available. Main achievements: Selection and training of local Quality Control team and assistants; increase the network of vendors to work with, which implies to pass an audit, incoterms negotiation, quality standard explanation; increase the quality of garments; development of communication skills and business relationships in a different culture and language.

My main responsability was to pass down the quality standards to cut leather, edge painting, stitching, set in Spain, that distinguish the brand as the best luxury leatherware house from Spain Development and succesful execution of semi finished products project; reduce the air cost transportation with an accurate box size per item project; improve the consumption of leather in production which is reflected in quotations.
