Report To : Maintenance Manager and Plant Manager
Job Description:
? Piping, Valve Tanks, Boiler Header and Column installation using MS/SS/Brass Material.
? Installation of Control Valve, Globe valve, Ball valve, Butterfly and Gate valve.
? Troubleshooting and Controlling of Pressure, Temperature, Flow, Vacuum and Level Transmitters, Controllers, Switches, Differential Pressure (DP), Pressure Safety Valve, Solenoid valve and Gauges using different Instrument Calibrator tools.
? (Masoneilan) using Pressure Calibrator (DPI-160), and Loop Calibrator (mA).
? Calibration of DP (Differential Pressure), Positioners, Pressure Gauges, IP/ DP and Control Valve
? Controlling of Gas Control System for firing system, Servo Motors and Valve Block (Solenoid type)
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS

? Preparation and execution of Monthly and Preventive maintenance plan.
? Preparation and planning of tools as per requirement.
? Maintaining all records pertaining to the departments as per Maintenance procedure.
? Regular reporting of department activities to G.M Production.
? Ensuring proper implementation of all departments documents as per Maintenance procedure.
? Comprehensive reporting of department activities /jobs to be mentioned in register & verify by G.M Production.
? Ensuring maintenance on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
