? Carry out inspection and ensuring product quality meet
requirements including in-coming materials, in-process
and final inspection.
? To report, assisted and provided information to QC Head all
rejections, revision, modification and monitor rectifications.
? Record inspections carried out and indicate whether the TIP can be signed off.
? Ensuring and monitoring that all equipment are given reading in our custody is accurate, utilized, maintained and stored efficiently and proper including updating any necessary calibrations.
? Review document from supplier and NDT Report according to
the code and standard and met to project specification.
? Arrange all NDT activity and NDT method according to the
project specification.
? Monitored closely on welding/blasting & painting activities to
ensure the implementation of the approved procedure and safety rules has been applied.
? Liased/Co-ordinated with client and sub-contractor regarding
Inspection and NDT activity before performing.
? Monitored and surveilled closely on NDT, PWHT, Hardness Test, Hydro/Leak Test, Blasting & Painting and etc. Activities to ensure follow the schedule given and prepared all related report.
? Conduct new Welding Procedure and Specification, Welder
Qualification Test, Procedure Qualification Test and Test Panel for blasting & painting.
? Liaise with Client Inspector, Authorized Inspector, Notified Body Rep., Third Party Rep. And DOSH for Inspection.
