? Prepare list of material on site
? Taking off for Monthly valuation
? Prepare the interim valuation for Payment application
? Update the value work done for internal budget
? Prepare the Variation Quantity
? Negotiation with Consultants regarding settlement of Variation Quantities
? Infrastructure Works, Architectural & Structural
? Preparing of steel schedule of whole site.
? Identify new subcontractors and suppliers to effect cost reductions without affecting the quality.
? Regular site visits once the job is confirmed to ensure recording of VO?s and to check quality of work of appointed subcontractors.
? Inform the subcontractor allocation to the respective coordinator to monitor the work progress.
Keeps records, and sketches to describe and certify work performed.
Perform the site survey during the build-up to validate the lost jobs costing and method of construction and submit the report to HOD for review with ED
