Roles and Responsibilities:-
To supervise vehicles in/out from yard, work shop, labor and parts cost.
To supervise the quality control of the vehicles and report for the necessary action to ensure good quality and continuous service.
To keep a continuous check on all fleet related peripherals including all bus parts, TV, DVD and ensuring quality procedures to check on workshop output vehicle.
To manage and supervising the fines, mileage and SALIK control of the leasedvehicle.
To supervise VTS officer the conditions of VTS units of the bus and troubleshooting along with repairs and replacement.
To manage all the process of the accidents in line with operation supervisor.
To manage processes for VTS, washing bay and diesel bay to generate monthly reports on accidents, breakdowns and registration, insurance, SALIK, fines, mileage and maintenance for management review.
To manage diesel tank and diesel ordering also tracking workshop status for under repair vehicles.
To supervise carwash staff and the quality of the washing and recycled system maintenance.To completely own all the required preparation and to receive or replace functions for lease vehicles.
To supervise coordination with Operation supervisor in preparation of the vehicles and control fleet drivers and diesel fillers.
