This is a Barrage over Chanab River and I was offered to transfer from Shah Gas Development Abudhabi as Manager QA/QC.This project consists of Civil,Mechanical and E&I. Project cost is 250 million $.Project first phase starts in December 2013. QA/QC team building in progress. Concrete Mix Design has been approved and we have poured about 45000 M3 of concrete.Civil Testing Laboratory is functional and most of quality testing is carrying out at site. PQP has been submitted for Client's approval. Corporate audit was initiated in Feb. 2014 and NCRs are addressed and closed accordingly. My QA section has already conveyed Audit schedule for the year 2014 to the stake holders and First Site Audit shall be conduct in April,2014.

Costodian of QA/QC of the Project. It is a power plant. Preparation and got approval of project quality plan. Organize a winning QA/QC Team for implementation of QA/QC system at site. Preparation and got approval of Inspection and Testing Plan Preparation of Audit Schedule of the project Prequalification of sub contractors,vendors,manufacturers and suppliers etc
