Finance and Accounts :
 
ü  Prepare monthly/ quarterly/ annually financial reports that summarize and forecast the organization's financial position such as income statement, balance sheet and analysis of future earnings or expenses for the Board of Directors.
 
ü  Preparation and maintenance of all financial records of clients, received, receivables and outstanding, overdue amounts according to financial time plans.
 
ü  Using Microsoft SQL server based Developers Management System for computerized records of clients, collection of periodic amounts, project collection reports and receipts. Also maintain synchronized manual record of clients with financial details.
 
ü  Checking and verification of the up-dated computerized and manual records and files of clients for management and higher management.
 
 
 
ü  Using Intuit Quick Books .v12 for synchronization and reconciliation of accounts and financial data related to accounts receivables, overdue and recovered amounts.
 
ü  Bills and accounts payables (Bank payments and Cash payments) of vendors against materials received for development of site including direct materials, indirect materials and services.
 
ü  Ensuring and supervising that bills are recorded in general journal ledger, adjustment entries are updated and bills are posted in their respective accounts heads.
 
ü  Approving and finalizing employee’s monthly payrolls/ bills and forwarding it to bank for further actions.
 
ü  Ensuring daily, weekly and monthly preparation of bank books and bank reconciliation statements.
 
     
       Stores Department:
 
ü  Controlling the functions of store department and responsible for men and materials.
 
ü  Receiving material demands/ requests from project manager/ site engineer with the specification of quality, quantity and time frame.
 
ü  Issuing Purchase Orders to potential vendors for materials with specification of quantity, quality and time frame after price negotiations.
 
ü  Issuing Purchase Requisitions for local purchase of items needed for smooth function of site development.
 
ü  Receiving Reports/ Material Issue Vouchers of materials at site for development and construction.
 
ü  Ensuring that store records are updated and materials are available as per books.
 
ü  Checking daily store report summarizing material received and issued with balances.
 
ü  Approving/ verifying vendor bills for payments.
 
ü  Machinery maintenance reports preparation for generating bills of rented machinery.
 
ü  Daily diesel issuance to machinery and consumption reports according to number of working hours of machinery by time keeper with cross checks.
 
 
     
       Marketing and Recovery Department:
 
ü  Leading marketing team for sales of residential and commercial plots.
 
ü  Establishing effective channels for communicating with clients for the recovery of monthly/ quarterly installments/ account receivables from clients.
 
ü  Counter verifying the monthly recovered amounts and installments.
 
ü  Grooming and training the marketing team for direct and in direct client interaction for sales and recovery.
