? On call to attend to all types of emergencies on alternative days for a 150 bed Obstetrics & Gynaecology department
? Supervise out patients department Twice a week and oversea the work of post graduate trainees.
? Perform major and minor Obstetrics & Gynaecology operations including abdominal & vaginal hysterectomies Laparotomy and perinea repairs.
? Supervise major and minor Obstetrics & Gynaecology operations including Caesarean sections, abdominal & vaginal hysterectomies Laparotomy.
? Supervise and perform diagnostic laparoscopies.
? Lecture Fourth and Final year MBBS students.
? Prepare teaching roster of maternity duty of final year.
? Take clinical sessions and tutorial journal clubs of post-graduate trainees.
? Attend prenatal and maternal mortality meetings.
? Chair morning meeting on post emergency days.
