Ensure quality assurance for ongoing banking financial activities along with related components
Review financial manual and implement changes in policies for onward approval of CFO and Board
Review bank new products and provide financial input for any change or revision required
Compliance of monthly financial, management, prudential & group reporting
Ensure timely reporting to the group and concerned departments and share list of reports with CFO
Review and ensure loan adjustments of deceased customer as per the defined rules and policies

Ensure timely preparation of reconciliation of ATM, IBFT, UBP & Revenue Products
Review other bank reconciliations on bi-monthly basis and follow up pending items with operations
Keep an eye on advances for business, suppliers, house rent etc and timely adjustment accordingly
Share recommendations for any change require to maintain business quality on need basis
Value addition to streamline financial systems upon approval from CFO
Authorization of branch banking revenue and expenses
Authorization of ATM and products entries
Review daily RTGS and funds movement follow up with concerned bank
Review daily liquidity report
Supervise internal, external and quality assurance audits
Value Add: Designed expense claim data base, which is activated on web portal by IT team
Value Add: Designed and implemented reconciliation tool for 1-LINK, UBP, IBFT and Revenue Products with the assistance of IT team
Value Add: Obtained payable module (Complete Procurement Solution) which is integrated with GP software
