Increased the inventory accuracy from 95% to 99% and SKU accuracy from 62% to 87% during the stock-take through daily location sampling & monthly cycle-count for fast-moving SKU. Minimised the delivery lead-time from 48 to 24 hours in Central region. The rest of Peninsular Malaysia reduced from 72 to 48 hours. Effectively handled the storage by product ABC classification and quarterly review the pick-phase to attain higher order line fill rate. Carried out stock destruction on a quarterly basis for removal of obsolete products as well as worked in close coordination with procurement team to attain lower stock days.
