- Planning for the Department
- To established a Business Architecture environment which formed the foundation of the Sasol Technology Value Chain and all it?s artifacts.
- Custodianship of Sasol Technology ARIS Business Process Repository and associated Business Architecture artifacts.
- Identify and propose adjustments to Sasol Technology processes in order to optimise the business
- Develop and Implement an Organizational Maturity Model.
- Design business process solutions to align business process architecture with business plan strategy
- Align business processes with functionality, together with the process architecture team (Ensure Sasol Group alignment ? SAP )
- Produce high level end to end designs to meet business requirements in line with the business architecture
- Provide support in the form of consultation and coaching to improve business analysis and process design
- Ensure solution (including business analysis) completeness and alignment to business architecture requirements and guidelines in conjunction and in alignment with IS Architecture
- Manage the Sasol Technology governance documents (QMSs, Drawings, etc)
