Job Responsibilities:
· Lead and supervise a section to make sure that a product conforms to customer specifications.
· Responsible in motivating the team members in improving proficiency.
· Evaluates , appraises and recommend for promotion or demotion the team leader and team members on their capability , attitude, attendance and performance.
· Coordinates with production supervisor and manager regarding direct shipping schedule.
· Ensures that work process and procedures are monitored and properly followed.
· Confirms planning schedule of product subject for shipment.\
· Create / Review ISO documents , forms and check sheets.
· Work closely with other Section Engineer to identify and resolve potential problem.
· Implements and monitor corrective action to Corrective Action Report and verifies it's effectiveness.
· Conduct Root cause Analysis and Corrective Action for every non conformance encountered.
· Monitor Daily Schedule and Overtime.
· Attends meeting involving production planning and other related concern.
· Ensure the Quality Objective of the section are properly implemented and attained.
· Support the management in the implementation of company policies, rules and regulations.
· Implement 5S in the working area.
